What are the guidelines for returns?
- Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Requests submitted after this time period will not be processed.
- Returned products must be received in new, unused, and resellable condition
- Ensure returned products are contained in the original packaging with all the tags intact
- The following items once purchased cannot be returned
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)

Can the item be exchanged?
We offer an exchange as a resolution method. The purchased products can be returned for selectable variants. Once the request is approved, the new item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
You will be informed about the status of your return request (approved or rejected) via an email. The refund request will be processed within a few working days after approval.
